New data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics on health service usage and health-related actions have revealed some interesting insights. With regard to healthy food access, reports from GPs (an Australia-wide survey) say that the most common lifestyle issues discussed (by those aged 15 and over) are:
- Reaching a healthy weight (13.6%)
- Eating healthy food or improving diet (11.2%)
- Increasing physical activity (9.5%)
That’s a significant number of people across the country who have concerns about their diet and weight.
